basic breakfast unavailable sauna
I found some drawbacks. Breakfast felt quite basic for the price. Access to the pool and sauna was fully booked, so I could not use them. It was disappointing since I looked forward to those amenities.

i appreciated the helpful concierge TEAM. thomas ensured my comfort and attended to all needs. the warm pool offered relaxation and the clean sauna was very pleasant. bathrobes and slippers added a touch of luxury.
the early morning noise from upstairs disturbed my SLEEP.

the staff was very friendly. all round service felt good to me. the private spa seemed a nice touch, i thought.
breakfast included seemed very basic. there were strange surcharges too. you choose the juice but there is a surcharge, i think 9 euros for carrot juice.

The beds felt impressively comfortable. I slept soundly. Breakfast service was professional. The young lady was efficient. Check-in and checkout proceeded seamlessly. I found dinner at the restaurant delicious. Breakfast was quite good.
